Process


♦️ The link will redirect customers to the Privo app download link.
♦️ The customer has to install the app on their Android smartphone.
♦️ Log in using the mobile number and click ‘Continue’.
♦️ Verify the mobile number with the OTP received.
♦️ Click ‘Continue’.
♦️ Grant access permission to SMS, location, and camera and continue.
♦️ Now, the customer has to enter their personal details, including full name as per PAN, date of birth, PAN, current address pincode, and email.
♦️ In the next step, the customer must enter employment details. In case of a salaried person, the customer must enter the company name and monthly income. In case of self-employed, customers must enter monthly income.
♦️ After ensuring the details are correct, tap the ‘Continue’ button.
♦️ The application will now start processing. This may take up to 1-2 mins.
♦️ The approved credit limit will now be available on the screen.
♦️ To continue the application, click on ‘Proceed to KYC’.
♦️ Enter Aadhaar number and verify with the OTP received on the Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
♦️ Now, click a selfie by tapping on the ‘Open Camera’ option.
♦️ After a successful KYC verification, read the credit line agreement and then, click ‘Accept’.
♦️ Click on the ‘Proceed to Withdraw’ button to transfer the required amount.
♦️ Enter bank details to withdraw the amount. Make sure to enter the correct details.
♦️ Click on ‘Continue’ for account verification.
♦️ An amount of INR 1 will be deposited into the account for verification purposes.
♦️ The bank account details will be available on the screen. Confirm and proceed. In case the details are incorrect, the customer can edit the bank details.
♦️ After a successful e-mandate, the customer can finally enter the required amount and suitable tenure.
♦️ Check the applicable interest charges and other details regarding the credit line amount.
♦️ Click on ‘Withdraw’.
♦️ Enter and submit current address details and click on ‘Withdraw’.
♦️ The amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account.


Rules to follow

🔵 The customer should use the same mobile number throughout the process journey.
🔵 If you are not able to finish the loan process due to any reason, then you have to complete the process using the same link for benefits.
🔵 Customer phone number must be linked with this Aadhaar Card.
🔵 Customer must complete the application on their device. if more than one customer use the same device to apply, then Loan gets rejected.
